Slowbro PROMO E 005/T PSA10: Leafia VS Metagross Deck Guide

Start with the exact card, not the character

The Slowbro in this listing is not a general-release promo. It is identified as PROMO E 005/T and tied to the Expert Deck "Leafia VS Metagross + Online" Metagross Deck. That origin matters more than the Pokémon on the artwork, because Expert Deck promo cards were distributed in a specific deck product rather than through a broad promo program.

Before you compare prices or grades, confirm that the listing names the exact card number and deck. A Slowbro promo from a different source is a different collectible, even if the card looks similar at a glance.

How to evaluate this PSA10 Slowbro before you buy

Use these checkpoints in order. Each one is grounded in the supplied listing details, so you can verify what the seller actually promises.

1. Match the card number and deck name: The listing should read PROMO E 005/T and reference the Leafia VS Metagross Expert Deck. If either detail is missing, ask the seller to confirm before committing.
2. Confirm the grade and holder: This copy is graded PSA10 and sealed in a tamper-evident PSA holder. The grade reflects the card's condition at the time of grading, not a guarantee about how it will look years from now.
3. Verify the certification number: Each slab carries a unique PSA certification number that you can check on the official PSA website. Do this before payment so you know the slab matches the listing.
4. Check that the photos show the actual item: The listing states you will receive the exact graded card shown in the photos. Review those photos for centering, corner wear visible through the holder, and any label details.
5. Plan for shipping time and duties: Standard international delivery is estimated at 5–12 business days for the US, UK, Australia, France, and Germany; 7–15 business days for Canada, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, and Ireland; and 10–20 business days for other regions. Import duties, taxes, and VAT are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Know the return window and condition rules: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, but the card must be in its original, sealed PSA holder and unaltered. If the item is not as described or the error is the seller's, return shipping is covered.

Why the Expert Deck origin changes the buying decision

Expert Deck promos are not the same as set-card pulls or wide-distribution promos. The Leafia VS Metagross Expert Deck was a specific product, and the Slowbro PROMO E 005/T is tied to its Metagross Deck half. That gives the card a narrower supply story than a promo that was handed out at events or included in a main expansion.

For a collector, that usually means two things. First, the card is best understood as part of a deck-product lineage, so pair it with other Expert Deck promos if you are building that niche. Second, condition matters more than ever: a PSA10 slab removes most of the guesswork about the card's state, which is helpful when raw copies from older deck products can be hard to judge from photos alone.

PSA10 slab versus a raw copy of the same promo

Neither option is automatically better. The right choice depends on what you want from the card.

• PSA10 slab: Pros: authenticated and graded, sealed in a tamper-evident holder, unique certification number you can verify, and the exact card is shown in the photos. Cons: higher catalog price and less freedom to handle the card.
• Raw copy: Pros: usually lower cost and you can inspect the card directly. Cons: condition is your judgment call, and older deck promos can be difficult to evaluate from photos alone. The supplied listing does not include a raw copy for comparison, so any raw-copy price or condition claim would be speculation.

Price context and what it does not tell you

The catalog lists this Slowbro PSA10 at USD 1443.27, with a comparison price of USD 2091.69. Treat those as catalog reference points, not a prediction of future value. The listing does not supply population data, recent sale history, or a condition report beyond the PSA10 grade, so you should not read the price gap as proof of rarity or demand.

What the listing does support is the practical value of the slab: authentication, a verifiable certification number, and the exact card shown. Those are concrete benefits you can check before buying.

Checkpoints for the parcel and the return window

Once the card ships, your job is to protect your ability to return it if something goes wrong.

• Record a video while opening the package: The seller asks buyers to record a video while opening the package and to keep photos of the item in its original condition. This helps resolve any dispute quickly.
• Inspect the parcel on arrival: If the parcel is damaged in transit, contact the seller promptly with photos so they can resolve it.
• Keep the PSA holder sealed and unaltered: Returns within 30 days require the card to be in its original, sealed PSA holder and unaltered condition. Do not open the slab if you might return it.
